We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technology hiring for our IT services and product clients.
What you will do
- Understand client requirements across technology, delivery and digital roles
- Source and engage candidates through job portals, social platforms and referrals
- Screen candidates for technical, functional and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer discussions
- Maintain accurate pipeline and status reporting
What we are looking for
- 4 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience in a consulting or staffing environment
- Strong understanding of technology roles and skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience handling multiple mandates in parallel
